La Perouse B & B boasts sensational views of some of Victoria's most scenic landscape and rugged coastline whilst being a 5 min walk (2 blocks) to restaurants, the beach and all Lorne has to offer. The style is French provincial with a touch of Cape Cod. Why not spoil yourself. Enjoy the luxury linen and gourmet French breakfast before taking a moment to discover the nearby restaurants and cafes or maybe just a relaxing afternoon by the beach. Whilst all suites elegantly retain their past splendour, they are conveniently equipped with all the modern day comforts.
There are four suites in total, including a separate cottage. All suites host Victorian period features, whilst allowing you to enjoy modern day comforts. The two upstairs suites in La Perouse (1 & 2) have magnificent ocean views. La Perouse 3 contains a corner bath. Our honeymoon (deluxe) suite - La Perouse 4, is a freestanding cottage which allows you complete privacy with ocean views.
La Perouse Suite 1
Open the French doors onto your own private balcony and enjoy the spectacular ocean views. The perfect spot to sit and read the paper or watch the sunrise over Louttit Bay. The bed is king size or can be made up as 2 singles and all the linen is provided. The ensuite contains a shower & toilet. The suite is furnished with two cane chairs and a table, small fridge and equipped with a flat screen TV/DVD, imported French bath products, Egyptian cotton towels and robes, tea making facilities, gas log fire and electric heating.
La Perouse Suite 2
Open the French doors onto your own private balcony and enjoy the spectacular ocean views. Enjoy a glass of sparkling as the sun sets. The bed is queen size and all linen is provided. The ensuite contains a shower & toilet (with an ocean view). The suite is furnished with two cane chairs and a table, small fridge and equipped with a flat screen TV/DVD, Egyptian cotton towels and robes, tea making facilities, gas log fire and electric heating.
La Perouse Suite 3
French doors open onto your own balcony and enjoy the filtered ocean views & glorious garden views. The bed is queen size and all linen is provided. The ensuite contains a corner bath & separate toilet. The suite is furnished with two cane chairs and a table, small fridge and equipped with a flat screen TV/DVD, Egyptian cotton towels and robes, tea making facilities, gas log fire and electric heating.
La Perouse Suite 4
Perfect for lovers, romance, honeymoons, a private and luxurious retreat. La Perouse 4 contains a queen size bed. The cottage is furnished with two cane chairs and a table and equipped with a flat screen TV/DVD. Facilities provided include a small fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. A beautiful gas log fire provides perfect ambienc and electric heating ensure your warmth and comfort. A separate bathroom with luxurious double spa, L''occitane bath products, Egyptian cotton towels and robes, help soothe your troubles away.
