Waverley House is an historic free-stone residence (circa 1890) which has been carefully and lovingly restored.

Close to the Erskine River and near the main beaches in central Lorne, Waverley House offers seven well-appointed apartments with tasteful period furnishings and a lovely garden setting. A few minutes walk will take you to the main beach, shops and restaurants, while a short drive inland will take you to the famous Erskine Falls, Forest Park and bush walking tracks.

The period style apartments have been prepared exclusively for couples and contain all the modern comforts. Apartments 1-6 are each contained in one room with ensuite bathrooms, where as Apartment 7 is a superior apartment with two double bedrooms, separate livingroom and bathroom. All seven apartments have well equipped kitchen areas and all linen and towels are provided. There is a free guest laundry and barbecue.
