One Bedroom Studio Apartment. Sleeps 2-4. 1 x Queen Size Bed Upstairs & 1 x Queen Size Sofa Bed Downstairs.

Ensuite comprises a Shower, Basin & W.C. Fully self contained Kitchenette, Meals and Family Area. 

Laundry facilities including a washing machine, iron and ironing board and drying room.

Facilities include a 32" LCD TV & DVD. Heating is included. All linen is provided.

Undercover off-street parking for 2 vehicles is part of your package.

This apartment is situated in what can be described as a unique location, two minutes walk to the town centre / shops, five minutes walk to the beach.

Sleeping Configuration: This property sleeps up to 4 adults. A QS Bed with ensuite is located upstairs at mezzanine level. A pull out Sofa Bed is located downstairs within the family area. A portacot is also available should this be required for infants upon request.
