Summer & Winter - The Perfect Getaway

Erskine Falls Cottages is in Lorne and is surrounded by the breathtaking Otway Ranges Forest . An easy 1 1/2 - 2 hour drive from Metropolitan Melbourne, Erskine Falls Cottages is the perfect destination for a weekend escape, mid-week retreat or week long holiday.

Accommodation consists of 12 Cottages and Units dotted around our 12 acres of bushland. All are self contained open plan living. Kitchens are fully equipped for you to self cater and indulge.

Cottages offer 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms, accommodate up to ten people and have slow combustion panoramic Ocean & Forest views, corner spas, wood fires, air conditioning and electric heating, large balconies, cd, dvd & colour TV’s.

Units are 1 bedroom and are tucked away in the bush with bath spas, cd, dvd, colour TV’s, open fires and private balconies with bushland views.

Facilities Include
Swimming pool, full size Tennis Court, Mini golf, BBQs, guest laundry and children’s play area.

Bushwalking, surf and river fishing, secluded beach picnic trips to the Twelve Apostles, shopping and first class restaurants await you in the local area. Perhaps just lazing away the hours in your private, self contained, comfortable accommodation is more your speed.

Be greeted by the bold and the beautiful native King Parrots and Crimson Rosellas, always eager to meet the guests. You can also expect regular encounters with the local Brush Tail Possums that frequent the balconies. With nearly 50 varieties of bird life regularly sighted and varied flora and fauna, Erskine Falls Cottages makes for an ideal getaway while on tour of the spectacular Great Ocean Road.

The essence of an Erskine Falls Cottages experience is to feel part of this unspoilt, natural environment without relinquishing creature comforts. Choose to do as much or as little as you please.

Off Peak- from $75 per night (min 2 nights mid week off peak)
Friday & Sunday nights- $130 per night
Saturday nights- $200
Public Holidays & Peak Seasons- $220 per night

Self contained 1/2 Bedroom Cottages - Ocean views
Off Peak- from $100 per night (min 2 nights mid week off peak)
Friday & Sunday nights- $160 per night
Saturday nights- $250
Public Holidays & Peak Seasons- $280 per night

Self contained 3 Bedroom Cottage - Ocean views
Off Peak- from $200 per night
Saturday nights- from $300
Public Holidays & Peak Seasons- from $350 per night

Public Holiday - Christmas, January, Easter, Event & Long weekends.
Peak - Saturday Nights.
Off Peak - May - October excluding Public & School Holidays & Events Weekends.

Management reserves the right to alter tariffs relating to group bookings and additional adults sharing Cottages/Units.

Arrival time is from 2pm unless Cottage/Unit is available earlier. Departure is strictly by 10am, late departure will incur additional charge.

Our tariffs include complimentary use of all facilities, linen and towels.
